Summary: 

Micropulse transscleral laser therapy with Cyclo G6 is an alternative to the traditional method of cyclo-photocoagulation. The Cyclo G6 laser treatment
consists in switching the laser beam on and off for a very short periods of time, in the order of thousandths of a second. This allows the tissue to cool between cycles, thereby minimizing thermal damage to adjacent tissue untreated. The use of micropulse transcleral laser therapy with Cyclo G6 is an effective and safe method of lowering intraocular pressure. Thanks to its performance, it is possible to postpone the surgery, while not excluding its implementation in the future.
