Summary: 

Retinoblastoma is the most common intraocular tumor in children. Clinical findings of retinoblastoma are very characteristic. In Poland, as in other developed countries, despite the development of diagnostics, most cases are advanced at the time of diagnosis. This article describes findings at presentation. Prompt diagnosis results in a better prognosis in relation to life, globe salvage and vision.
