Summary:
Laser and surgical treatments are widely used in ophthalmology. The success of surgical treatment aimed at preventing eye damage or slowing the progression of the disease depends on proper patient preparation and proper postoperative care. Unfortunately, there are still complications related to inflammation.
Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs have anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects, they are used to reduce inflammation mediators, relieve pain or prevent and treat diseases of the posterior segment of the eye. The aim of this study is to present the role of NSAIDs in selected ophthalmic procedures
