Summary:
Uveal melanoma is the most common primary intraocular neoplasm in adults, but not enough is known about the quality of life of patients diagnosed with it. The article presents a review of the available literature on the quality of life of patients diagnosed and treated with uveal melanoma. In recent years, there has been an increase in interest in the quality of life of cancer patients. Uveal melanoma is associated with a reduction in the quality of life of patients, but it remains unclear how different therapies affect the quality of life of many populations of patients with this diagnosis.
